Zaynit is a holding company for AI software — a trading division of Zayn Productions Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Rather than stretching one product to cover every use case, Zaynit builds and operates a portfolio of focused platforms, each purpose-built for a specific UK business vertical.
There are five live platforms today. SalesHub Cloud is an AI sales-intelligence platform and CRM for UK sales teams and law firms managing high-value enquiries. ZayPOS is an AI-assisted point-of-sale system for UK hospitality and retail. ZaynBot is a no-code builder for AI chatbots and agents that deploy across web, WhatsApp, Slack and API. DocsCheck is an AI document-checking tool for UK immigration solicitors and OISC/IAA advisers, catching gaps in an application before it reaches UKVI. CallTrace is an AI call tracking and coaching platform that rings law-firm enquiries back in seconds and shows which marketing is actually making the phone ring. A sixth platform, Tax Simplifier, is in development for 2026.
The holding-company model is a deliberate choice. It lets each platform stay narrow and well-fitted to its market, while sharing the engineering standards, AI infrastructure, and product discipline of one company. Customers get a tool built for their job — not a bloated all-in-one suite — and Zaynit gets a portfolio that compounds: what's learned building one platform makes the next one better.
Each platform is independently deployed and can be adopted on its own — you don't need the whole suite to get value from any one of them. But because they're built by the same company on a shared foundation, they map cleanly onto the stages of a business.
SalesHub Cloud sits at the front of the funnel, where a relationship begins. ZayPOS handles the transaction, where a customer relationship becomes revenue. ZaynBot is the automation layer that can sit on top of any front door, handling first-line conversations at any hour. DocsCheck covers compliance in one of the highest-stakes document workflows in British professional services. CallTrace covers the phone line itself — calling new enquiries back in seconds, coaching the conversation as it happens — then feeds what happened straight back into the pipeline. Together they cover the relationship, the transaction, the conversation, the phone line, and the compliance — five distinct jobs, one consistent approach.
